TERMS OF PAYMENT

The hunt will be organized after you have paid an andvance of 40% of the price for a person or for a group (concerns group hunts and bird hunts). The advance should be transferred to our account 40 days before the hunt date. It is the time necessary to arrange all permits in either England or Poland. The advance should be calculated on the basis of the order (quantity and the name of the game) and the attached price list.

We would like to ask you to fax us the confirmation of payment to our account along with the amount and the date of payment. Should you not make the payment the hunt will be cancelled. To organize a bird hunt a group of at least 9 hunters is required.

if you cancel the hunt within 30 days before the date of the hunt, the advance will be returned minus handling charges.
if you decide to cancel the hunt in 21 to 30 days before the date 50% (minus handling charges) of the advance will be returned.
if it is less than 21 days the advance will not be returned.
if you decide to shorten your stay or you delay your arrival, you will be fully charged for services and hunts ordered. booking of the hunt

when booking the hunt we would like you to state
- name and surname of the hunter, passport number and nationality
- name and surname of the accompanying person, passport number and nationality
- number and caliber of the guns, quantity of ammunition
- consulate where you will collect gun permit
- date of your arrival, first meal, date of your departure and last meal
- name of the game and quantity you would like to shoot along with expected trophies
- kind of hunt (individual or group)
- languages known by the hunter if you would like our guide to pick you up at the border
- fax number of the person booking the hunt

Hunters coming to Poland should have with them blank forms of sanitry permits to bring in trophies, pelts and meat to their home countries. They are to be filled in by polish veterinary authorities.
